Pat Shockey leads the ASM Operations and Delivery (O&D) organization where he oversees technical and professional services delivery for ASM’s customers.

Pat joined ASM in 1996 and has had leadership roles on a number of programs. He most recently served as the Director of Operations with the O&D organization where he led efforts that have resulted in process implementations and improvements that aided in the successful achievement of CMMI Maturity Level 3 (ML3) for Services Certification.

Pat served as the Program Manager for the Army Medical Operational Data System (MODS) program. During that time, he managed the program’s growth and sustained success in delivery to the Army’s medical community as well as managing its hosting migration to the Army Analytics Group (AAG) environment.

Pat holds a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
