Michael P. Miller is the incoming president for ASM Research and currently serves as a Managing Director at Accenture Federal Services (AFS). As the AFS Operations Growth Platform Lead, Michael is responsible for reinventing business operations through industrialized business process expertise, technology, applied intelligence, and data integration for our federal clients.

With over 30 years of industry experience, for the past 15 years, Michael led the AFS Financial Services Sector within the Civilian Portfolio and served as the Platinum Diamond Client Account Lead for the Large Federal Revenue Agency. In this role, Michael led one of the largest accounts in AFS, with programs covering the largest US Federal website and registration programs. As a result of this work, Michael took over responsibility for AFS’s Diamond Client Forum, which coordinated activities across their largest relationships. Prior to that, Michael helped stand up the initial Quality & Process Implementation (QPI) program for Accenture North America, which was the basis for the firm's QPI program. He started AFS’s State & Local Practice, did some work in Health Care, and for the past 20 years, has served their Federal Clients.

He holds both a Master of Arts in Public Administration and a dual Major Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Criminology.
