John Fraser joined ASM Research in 1986 and has performed a variety of management roles culminating in his current position as President. Throughout his career with ASM, he held positions such as Task Leader, Program to Senior Program Manager and Vice President, Chief Operating Officer, and Executive Vice President. He was formerly the Senior Program Manager for the Army Training Requirements and Resources System (ATRRS), ASM´s largest and longest-standing contract.

John has over 38 years of experience designing, developing, and sustaining mission supporting systems and four additional years serving at a military training facility as a Non-Commissioned Officer. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Decisions Sciences Management from George Mason University. John is a Managing Director with Accenture Federal Services, post-acquisition of ASM Research, and currently serves as ASM’s President where his focus is on delivery of operations, organizational efficiency, people culture, and change to support an evolving technology field.
