Brett Hughes is the Vice President, Security and Chief Information Security Officer. In this role, Brett leads all security teams across the company. He oversees client cyber services delivery for defense and federal clients. He leads teams of security experts in implementing, securing, and protecting complex information systems with critical data and missions that improve the lives of service members, federal government staff, and the public. Brett joined ASM Research in 2008 and has been the cyber security lead on multiple critical development projects for the Department of Defense (DoD) and Department of Veterans Affairs (VA). He also serves as the Security Account Lead (SAL) for Accenture Federal Services (AFS) for the VA and Military Health accounts.

Brett is a Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) and holds a Bachelor of Science in Management Science and Information Technology from Virginia Tech.
