As the Vice President of Finance at ASM, Ken leads a team of professionals across controllership, financial planning and analysis, pricing, contracts, and compliance. Together, the team works with corporate leadership and key stakeholders to align financial decisions and execution with corporate strategy and delivery needs.

After joining ASM in 2015, Ken served in many finance roles - most recently as the Director of Finance, in which he oversaw Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), program finance, and data analytics functions in support of account planning and forecasting, cost management, and enterprise reporting.

Prior to joining ASM, Ken worked at the investment bank KippsDeSanto where he provided sell-side Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A) advisory services to aerospace and defense and government technology companies. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Finance and Marketing from Georgetown University.
