ASM Named 2022 401(k) Plan Sponsor of the Year Finalist

ASM is thrilled to be named one of five finalists nationally for the 2022 401(k) Plan Sponsor of the Year award. Tammy Lassiter, Senior 401(k) Administrator at ASM, spearheaded the application process with the aid of others in HR, Finance, and Communications to draft a top-notch submission for this award, that recognizes retirement plan sponsors who show a commitment to their participants’ financial health and retirement success.

ASM was nominated for this award by our Principal account manager, Marsha Mathis. Marsha has never nominated a company for this honor, but because our program offers so much to our employees, she was thrilled to nominate ASM. Marsha believes the ASM plan stands out with regard to participant education and overall plan design.

Tammy was invited to participate in a conference panel about innovative plan designs and was featured in an article on the PLANSPONSOR web site, where she shares how ASM is continually evolving our 401(k) plan to be inclusive of and beneficial to all employees. You can read the article here.
