ASM Research is proud to support BEST Kids by sponsoring their annual “The ART of the Matter” fundraising event.
BEST Kids is a nonprofit mentoring organization that empowers youth in the Washington, DC, area foster care system to build better futures. The program provides one-on-one volunteer mentoring, extensive training, staff support and experiential learning-based Peer Groups to help youth discover and develop their unique skills and abilities. BEST Kids works to enable youth to develop a positive sense of self, acquire teamwork and group social skills, and become productive members of society.
The ART of the Matter will take place Tuesday, September 24th, at City Winery in Washington, DC, and includes an art showcase that includes art pieces created by the youth being mentored and a silent auction benefitting the mentoring program.
