Justin Repoli named EPIC award winner by AFS for FY19

ASM Research is thrilled to announce Justin Repoli is a recipient of the Accenture Federal Services (AFS) EPIC award.

Introduced this year, the EPIC awards recognize employees for extraordinary contributions that impacted our business in FY19. Managing Directors from each AFS portfolio and ASM Research Business Units were asked to nominate employees who made an extraordinary impact and describe why it was a game-changing contribution – one employee from each portfolio was selected as an honoree.

Justin was nominated for tackling a wide range of critical issues for the company and its employees, including his leadership on securing current work on his program while looking for new growth by leading one of our growth initiative pillars. He led business development, strategic partnerships, and proposal efforts which helped us secure new work and opportunities for our employees. Justin innovated news ways of approaching our clients to help them move to new technologies and the cloud. He achieved success by creating supporting organization elements and defining development team assets to align with operational work activities.

Justin received his award at today’s AFS FY20 kick-off Managing Director meeting at the new Eaton Workshop in Washington, DC.
