| ASM Research Inc.’s history begins in the Pentagon basement in 1975, where the founder and two employees programmed a small system to support Soldier training for the U.S. Army. Known then as Alexander, Shunk, and Martin Associates, the company established a lasting relationship with the Department of Defense and a reputation as a team whose extraordinary commitment to their client’s needs and mission produces extraordinary results. Today ASM Research employs more than 450 programmers, developers, business and process analysts, change managers, help desk technicians, and project managers providing advanced Information Solutions, Professional Services, and Information Assurance to our numerous clients. While the core of our service is still to the Department of Defense, our client base has broadened to include other Federal Government clients, such as the Department of Veterans Affairs, Department of Justice, and Department of Homeland Security, as well as customers in state and local .governments, such as school districts throughout thirteen states. Our continual growth is due to our ability to provide quality data management and analytical services with unparalleled commitment. Our commitment is best demonstrated by our near 100% customer retention rate, as well as the fact that the small system designed for the Army in 1975 is still going strong – today the Army Training Requirements and Resources System (ATRRS) is the premier training management system for the Army. ASM also embodies strong individual commitment from our employees: our Corporate Executive Officer and President is one of those two employees who originally designed and programmed ATRRS.
