Jeri Lassiter

Ms. Jeri Lassiter has been a member of ASM Research, Inc. for more than 30 years. Ms. Lassiter started her career with ASM providing IT Technical Services as a Systems Analyst Programmer under contract to the Department of the Army. Through her career with ASM she has advanced through progressively more responsible positions in Program Management, Business Development, Financial Management, Contract Management, Operations Management and was promoted to her current position in 2001 as the Chief Executive Officer (CEO). During her tenure as CEO she has advanced the position of ASM from that of a Small Business to a well-respected Mid Sized company with a stellar record of providing IT Services in the Federal Sector. Since 2001 she oversaw the growth of ASM from 160 employees to 480, managed a reorganization of the corporation to more effectively and efficiently meet its goals, and set a strategic vision for the company for the next five years to include growth targets, customer expansion, and the highest levels of customer satisfaction. Prior to her current role at ASM she served as Vice President, Operations Manager and the President, where she was directly responsible for all ASM operational activities. It was her responsibility to oversee the successful day to day operations of the corporation, to include financial management and to facilitate and ensure the delivery of high quality services to our Government Clients.
